What's an Injury-in-Progress?

The fact of the matter is...most runners don't think about injuries

until they are not only experiencing pain, but starting to miss training runs

and unable to actually run.  In reality, injuries do not begin when you are feeling pain, but have, in fact, been developing little-by-little over time

as you compensate during motion.

What causes compensation?

Incorrect Form

Overuse/Lack of Rest 

Poor Warm-up/Recovery Habits

Chronic Inflammation

Shortened Muscle Contration Cycle

Improper/Worn-Out Equipment
